Beth has had a successful career in coaching, mentoring, and leadership in large corporations and start-ups. Beth has also constructed, owned, and rented multiple properties (including ADUs) in the Bay Area and Sun Valley, Idaho.
Beth has background in property financing, purchasing, and management, a Masters of Public Administration in Housing and was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador. She lives in Nicasio with her husband Robert and their dog Ralph and manages their ADU.
She enjoys hiking, skiing, biking and building and renting homes. She is a Welcoming Home volunteer, and is a certified Hospice/End of Life Coach.
Margaret trained as a real estate appraiser, worked as a commercial property manager and design manager for a large luxury retail company. She grew up in Marin. She lives in Lucas Valley with her husband, kids and pets.
Recently she finished her master’s degree in luxury and brand management. She volunteers on her homeowner’s association board her kid's school board and mountain biking team.
Margaret has been interested in how we can support our residents, build our community and housing while retaining our open space. She loves to play tennis, ski, bike, swim, and hike with her two dogs.
Robert is a construction management professional with expertise in building and renovation. He also holds certificates as a building inspector and has had a career as a surveyor.
Robert knows current building codes (ICC B1/CREIA), and is experienced in bidding, construction oversight and delivering superior craftsmanship. His dedication to doing the best job possible is only surpassed by his friendly manner.
Robert enjoys skiing and hiking with his dog. He speaks fluent Spanish.
